PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations.

Full payment is due 10 days prior to the date booked.

All payments are only refundable if cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the date reserved.

If mutually agreed, payment will be held for an alternate date within the same season.

Full payment is required at the time of booking if within 10 days of the charter.

Cancellation due to weather is determined only by the captain and can be refunded or rebooked.
ON BOARD
- Private excursions are three hours.
- Sailing lessons are two hours per session.
- Charters are limited to 6 persons.
- Children 12 years and younger must wear life jackets at all times.
- No smoking allowed.
- No animals allowed.
- No illegal drugs allowed.
- Alcohol is served at the captain’s discretion to guests 21 years and older. (Proof of age might be requested).
- All food and beverage must be provided by BellWell Charters, unless specifically agreed to by management.
- We request that you board 20 minutes in advance of schedule as you will need to become familiar with the vessel and it’s safety features before starting out.
- Please inform the Captain of any medications you may need for a life threatening situation such as an allergic reaction, and be sure you have the necessary medication with you.
- Only soft soled shoes or sneakers allowed. This will help protect the boat and give you greater safety.
FOR YOUR COMFORT
- The vessel is fully insured to carry paying passengers and is equipped with all safety equipment required by the USCG.
- Our U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain is First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
- The cockpit has a canopy for sun protection, but it is advisable to bring a hat, sunglasses, and a wind breaker for cooler days.
